You can export your data to any location you like, but we recommend making a new folder in your iCloud. Call the folder seeMyHealth. If you use another name, use the new name in the instructions below. (Show me how to make the seeMyHealth folder.)
 Your Health App Data stored in your phone can be exported for use by other applications like ours. To export your data open the Health App on your phone. health app icon

When you open it you get a screen like this one; health app home
To start the process of exporting the data, click on the head in a circle icon in the top right corner. health app topCorner
This will open this screen; (but with your name in it) health app export
Click on the words in red "Export Health Data" health app icon
Your phone will take some time to convert the data for export. health app icon
At this point you can save the data where you like. We recommend that you use "Save to Files" health ex4

Here you should select "seeMyHealth". You may need to scroll to see it. health ex6
Finally click on the "Add" button. The data is exported and you can close the app. health ex7

Double click on the file “export.zip” to expand it. A new folder called “apple_health_data” will be created and your data will appear inside it. health rc9
