There are two methods for sending data from your iPhone;
1 - send all tracking data at once
2 - send a selected data set by itself
For method 1 see below. For method 2 click here.
Launch seeMyHealth on your Mac. Then;
1 - launch seeMyHealth on your Mac
- if it's the first time to send data create containers on the Mac
- select data items to track in smh
2 - if bluetooth is off, plug in iPhone to Mac
3 - open seeMyHealth DataLoader on your iPhone
4 - select "Send Data To Mac" on the main menu
5 - select the time period to send
6 - click the "Send" button
7 - see the data item counts on the seeMyHealth dashboard window as the data is sent and saved
To download information from the iPhone, seeMyHealth first needs to create some containers for the data your are going to transfer. First, open the Preferences window using the SeeMyHealth menu. It will look like this;

Select "Tracking Control" by clicking in the tab;

There are a lot of items that can be tracked so we have grouped them into categories which are listed along the left side of the window. Select any category to see the data you can follow with the app. In this example we selected Mobility;

You can see that items are marked either "tracking" or "not tracking". When you double click on the items in that status column you will change the status to the opposite of what it is now. So if we double click on Double Support Time, it will change to "tracking";

You can switch back and forth any time you wish. When you set anything to "not tracking" your previous data is NOT deleted. So you can change back and forth as you need at any time.
When you have selected the data you want to get from the iPhone, close the Preferences window. In the main menu window you can see in the bottom right corner that no iPhone is connected to the Mac. When you plug your phone in, launch the seeMyHealth app.

When you select the "Send Data to Mac" option on the main screen, the Mac app will show your phone's name by the Phone label.

As each data item is sent from the phone it will show in the "Data in" count. As the application saves each item, it will show in the "Saved" count.
Data going to the Mac comes very quickly and it will finish well before all the data is saved. Leave the app running until the two counts match.
If there is an interruption, you can resend data, nothing will be lost. Also, all data on the phone has an identifier, so data sent twice will not be saved twice.
The iPhone screens in sequence when sending;
