This method is used to send only one type of measurement at a time. You can use it when you just want to update a single measure and see it on your Mac.

If you are tracking the selected item already;
1 - launch the Mac app
2 - launch the iPhone app
3 - tap on "Tracking Filter"
4 - tap on the category of the item you want to send (we used Heart for this example)
5 - tap on the item you want to send (ignore the count field) (we used Diastolic Blood Pressure)
6 - tape the Send button
You will see the data items on the Mac app in the data transfer log.
You're done. Sweep up to close the views on the iPhone.
You will need to update the data regularly as your phone collects new data. You can select the date range using the start date and end date date pickers.
After selecting the date range, click "Reload" and you will see the new entries listed below. Click "Send" to transfer the new data.
You can also select data from the past to send. Just select dates as needed and send. Keep in mind that if you choose data with many entries over a long period of time then the transfer can take a considerable length of time. For example Step Counts for a year can be thousands of records which could take hours to transfer.
Note that we are working on making loading easier by having the Mac app request the data. Look for this feature soon.
