To access a doctor's record, simply type the name or part of the last name in the search box. Select any name from the list and the data for thatdoctor will fill in the other part of the screen.To create a new entry, click the "New" button and fill in the fields in the panel and click the "Save" button. When entering referring doctors for appointments, you must use the billing number or Doctor # shown in the second column of the list of matching names.
