Your HealthKit Data stored in your phone can be exported for use by other applications including ours. To export your data open the Health App on your phone. The icon is this one;
When you open it you get a screen like this one;
To start the process of exporting the data, click on the head in a circle icon in the top right corner. This will open this screen; (but with your name in it)
Click on the “Export Health Data” link to get;
