Diagnosing and Solving Problems
1 - Database
If no one can access patient records or login with your user name, you can generally tell that the database or the server is not running. You should make sure that all workstations are having the same problem. If it's only your workstation, then the problem is on your machine not the server.
If the server is running you can open the system preferences panel and click the MySQL icon. It will show the status of the server.
2 - Pacs services
From the main dashboard you can test to see the dicom store and dicom worklist are working. Look at the bottom left corner of the main window;
